Kim Zamora

Executive Director

With more than 30 years of experience in health care, Kim Zamora has work in skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living. She has opened four memory care communities in Illinois and Indiana and has held the title of regional director of Operation.

On a personal note, Kim is enthusiastic on the pickle ball court, in the pool or in search of a sandy beach with a lot of sunshine. Spending time with her family including four beautiful grandchildren always makes for a great day.

Whether this move is for you, a family member or a friend joining us at Mariposa Point at Algodón Center, Kim is here to serve you. She is committed to walking through this journey of aging gracefully together – with you.

LeiAn Lynch

Director of Sales and Marketing

LeiAn Lynch is a graduate of the University Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in graphic design and marketing. She comes to Mariposa Point with over 25 years of various health care experience in both assisted living and memory care.

LeiAn has two wonderful children and two dogs, and enjoys gardening, traveling, photography, reading, working with foster children and mentoring young adults. In addition, she has been a motivational speaker for over 10 years on the subject of “Back to Basics.”

Her mottos are “Pay It Forward” and “Make a Difference,” and she is looking forward to using them here at Mariposa Point at Algodón Center.

Sam Caballero, LPN

Resident Care Director

Sam Caballero, Resident Care director at Mariposa Point at Algodón Center, is a licensed practical nurse with more than 20 years’ experience working in health care. She has wanted to be a nurse and help people for as long as she can remember.

She is an Arizona native and married her high school sweetheart. Together they have two children and three grandchildren. She enjoys dancing, hanging out with family and friends, and “Netflix-ing.” Sam feels blessed to have the opportunity to work with our residents.

Kristi Payne

Vibrant Life® Director

Kristi Payne, Vibrant Life® director at Mariposa Point at Algodón Center, has been serving seniors for more than 20 years. She loves people, crafting, gardening and other activities and brings that passion to her role every day. 

Originally from South Dakota, Kristi has lived in Arizona for eight years and loves it here. She has four grandchildren, three dogs, one cat and two bunnies.

Alma Sigala

Business Office Manager

Delivering outstanding customer service for residents, their families and staff has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Alma Sigala, the business office manager for Mariposa Point. She is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. With 25 years of experience as a certified assisted living manager and director, Alma consistently relies on her skills and education. Her passions are working with seniors, reading and traveling. Alma is excited about the happenings at Mariposa Point and is looking forward to knowing each resident personally. She enjoys creating a pleasant experience for families as they move their loved ones. Alma’s vision for excellence fits right into the ISL culture.
