Joao Cardoso

Maintenance Director

Joao “John” Cardoso has been involved in senior living for the past 15 years and loves what he does. He started his career as a construction worker and learned all aspects of the trade throughout many years of hard work. Recently, John decided to move indoors and out of the heat by doing interior maintenance work. Maintenance work brings out his passion with the ever-changing set of tasks each day, which is something that construction could no longer provide. He thoroughly enjoys working with seniors, as they bring such enjoyment each day to his life. Listening to their stories and memories never gets old – he finds it quite fascinating! John’s goal is to bring some of his joy and excitement to their lives each day as they do to his.
